I’ve tried several types of binders in mine also. I’ve even added peas to the mix! Looks neat when you cut it and present it on your plate also.
I’ve done the pizza meatloaf too, only I place little pieces of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers throughout the mixture. Topped with a pizza type sauce.
Keep em’ comin’, I’m gettin’ hungry now!
